Adult Public Internet Station Rules of Use

People using library computers agree to the policies below:
You must be 14 or older to use these terminals.

You must sign in for the terminal you plan to use.

Access sessions are ½ hour per day. If you need additional time, check with staff to extend your session.

No more than two persons may share one terminal, provided that their behavior does not interfere with other library users.

You must end your session and leave the terminal when asked to do so by library staff.

Printouts are 15 cents per page and may be picked up at the circulation desk. You will be responsible for all printouts you generate. To avoid errors, ask for assistance.

Prohibited activities:

• Changing computer settings
• Committing illegal acts or copyright violations
• Viewing pornography.

COMPUTERS ARE FOR PATRONS 18 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, OR PARENTS WITH THEIR CHILDREN

Rules of Use:
You must sign in by printing your full name on the sign-in sheet.

E-mail use is limited to 30 minutes per day unless otherwise permitted by staff.

Clean floppy disks may be purchased at the desk if needed.

Printouts are 15 cents per page, and may be picked up at the front desk.

Up to two persons may share one access session providing that their behavior or conuersation does not disturb others!!!!

No downloading of programs,or use of personal software.

No illegal activities or copyright violations.

No viewing of graphic pornography.

Users must end their session and leave the terminal when asked to do so by library staff.

The Library reserves the right to terminate an Internet session at any time for failure to comply with these policies. Serious violations will result in revocation of Internet privileges.
