		Planting Hope   Our sister library, BIBLIOTECA LA CHISPA Located in an area that lacks even basic water and sewer services, the children in the La Chispa, Nicaraugua community had no access to picture books or reference works, and public access to computers was miles away. Opened on May 20th, 2002, the library has already become a valued community resource. Said one 7 year-old, "Every day that I come here I read more and more books!"
