Lost Book Policy

KELLOGG-HUBBARD LIBRARY POLICY ON LOST LIBRARY MATERIALS THAT PATRONS HAVE PAID TO REPLACE
Library will refund payment for lost books, ONLY if the book has not yet been replaced by the library.

Refunds of payment for lost books will only be given within 3 months of payment.

If the book has not yet been replaced, patron may request a refund upon return of book within 3 months of payment. A $5.00 for service fee will be deducted from the reimbursement.
