Give the Library a Lift!

Update! We are now over 85%!  Our big thanks to the 27 individuals & families who have given since we've gone public!

We are pleased to announce the public phase of our Give the Library a Lift campaign! This $600,000 campaign addresses critical building projects in the Library, including upgrading our elevator.  Our ability to complete this campaign will enable the Library to continue to serve many thousands of patrons for generations to come!   We have now raised over 85% from a combination of gifts, grants and pledges from over 100 individuals, organizations and businesses.

Think how the world has changed since the Kellogg-Hubbard Library opened in 1894. What was originally designed as a repository of books and a quiet place for reading has grown into a vibrant hub in the center of our community.

How will our community change in the next twenty years? We can't imagine all the needs of future generations, but we are determined that our library will evolve to meet these new needs as they arise.  In order to do that, we must maintain a physical space that continues to be a beautiful, historic, and accessible hub for our community. We need to take the critical steps to make this happen.
