Library Card Registration

Adult residents (age 16 and over) of Berlin, Calais, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Montpelier, and Worcester, are eligible for a free Kellogg-Hubbard Library card.

Also eligible for a free Kellogg-Hubbard Library card:

​

  • Students over the age of 16, regardless of town of residence, who attend Montpelier High School (MHS), U32, or Vermont College of Fine Arts (VCFA). 

​

  • Educators, regardless of town of residence, employed by a public school located in Berlin, Calais, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Montpelier, or Worcester. 

​

  • Owners of a business within the towns of Berlin, Calais, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Montpelier, and Worcester, regardless of town of residence.
