Library Card Registration
Adult residents (age 16 and over) of Berlin, Calais, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Montpelier, and Worcester, are eligible for a free Kellogg-Hubbard Library card.
Also eligible for a free Kellogg-Hubbard Library card:

Students over the age of 16, regardless of town of residence, who attend Montpelier High School (MHS), U32, Vermont Adult Basic Education (VABE), Community College of Vermont (CCV), or Vermont College of Fine Arts (VCFA).

Educators, regardless of town of residence, employed by a public school located in Berlin, Calais, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Montpelier, or Worcester.

Owners of a business within the towns of Berlin, Calais, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Montpelier, and Worcester, regardless of town of residence.
If you are under the age of 16 and would like to register for a Library card, please have a parent or guardian assist you in completing the form here.
