Paid Patron Registration and Renewal

Patrons that live outside of the Library's service area can purchase a Library card for $50 annually ($45 annually for senior citizens) by filling out the form below. You may also renew your Paid Registration by completing this form. If you have questions please contact the Library at (802) 223-3338.
